Senior Producer
Part (min 4 days/week) or Full time, permanent, up to £40k (depending on experience) pa working remotely.
The role of Producer can mean a lot of different things depending on how your team and studio is set up. We currently run a fairly small and self-organising development team, however are in the process of expanding —making this a fantastic time to join! : )
We’re looking for someone with a track record of creating rich, interactive experiences (hands-on delivery in VR or Metaverse platforms would be a bonus) to work with our talented development team to deliver both our internal projects and an exciting health-focused VR product for release next year.
Supported by our Head of Production, you’ll be responsible for keeping development on track and leading our external stakeholder through reviews, feedback and approvals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure project scope is captured and clear with all project stakeholders
- Run regular status meetings to update stakeholders on key progress and decisions
- Escalating issues and risks with management and helping to remove project blockers
- Project planning and tracking – keeping stakeholders up to date and helping to minimise scope creep or delivery delays.
- Supporting team & external stakeholders on decision making – helping to problem solve and communicate the impact of decisions, delays or changes to plans.
- Play testing with teams to help catch bugs and spot opportunities for improvement
WHAT WE NEED
- Extremely well organised with strong communication skills
- Confident and comfortable communicating with external clients
- Minimum 3 years experience in a digital production role – games or VR is a bonus
- Understanding (and ideally hands-on experience of) the Agile production process
USEFUL EXPERIENCE
- Experience with JIRA
- VR and Meta VRC submissions processes
